After each session, they are switched to the next match for another 10-minute conversation, continuing the process throughout the event. Throughout the event, participants have the opportunity to meet and interact with 10 to 15 potential matches within your age group. How It Works 💡 1. Check-In & Welcome Arrive at the venue on time and head to the registration desk. You’ll receive a name tag and a match card to keep track of your conversations. Once everyone checks in, we’ll do a quick welcome briefing to explain the format. 🌀 2. The Rotations Begin Each participant will be assigned a starting table. Once the event begins, you’ll have 10 minutes per round to chat with a potential match. A timer will indicate when it’s time to wrap up your conversation. 🔔 3. Time’s Up! Time to Rotate At the sound of the bell/buzzer, the men will move to the next table, while the women stay seated. Don’t worry if you don’t get to talk to everyone—you’ll meet plenty of interesting people! 📝 4. Mark Your Interest After each round, take a quick moment to mark your match card: ✅ Yes – if you’d like to connect with the person again. ❌ No – if you don’t feel the connection.
