          • Only reviewed and approved appropriate businesses, services, events will be published on the B2B2C2C.org. 
          • Consumer favorites and ratings will be their own transparent choices and B2B2C2C.org will not have any say or endorsement or bias for those.
          • B2B2C2C.org doesn’t collect age, date of birth, demographic data for any restrictions.
          • Business owners, Service providers, Events organizers and Consumers are expected to follow Legal Compliance with applicable laws and regulations as per their Countries of operations.
        • User Accounts:
            • Registration process for creating user accounts is explained in the Brochure.
            • It is the responsibility of users to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, publicly available and published information.
            • It is the right of the B2B2C2C to suspend or terminate Business or Consumer accounts for violations or misuse.
          • Platform Services:
              • Description of the services offered by the B2B2C2C.org to businesses and consumers is explained in the Brochure.
              • Based on the need of limitations or restrictions on the use of certain features will be applicable.
            • User Conduct:
                • Prohibited activities, such as:
                     
                    • Violating laws or regulations.
                    • Infringing intellectual property rights.
                    • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
                    • Uploading harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware, inappropriate images).
                  • Consequences for violating the Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or legal action.
                • Intellectual Property Rights:
                    • Ownership of content uploaded to the platform by users is their own.
                    • Grant of a registration by users to the platform to use their own content for operational purposes. Transferring it to others is not recommended and B2B2C2C.org will not be able to control or monitor it.

                        • During the introductory period there will not be any fees and payment for Business Owners, Service Providers, Events Organizers.
                        • Description of any B2B2C2C.org fees associated with using premium features or services will be published from time to time.
                        • B2B2C2C.org payment terms, including billing cycles and accepted payment methods will be published from time to time.
                      • Disclaimer of Warranties:
                          • B2B2C2C.org has a limitation of liability for the platform’s performance and availability based on usage, contents, and maintenance.
                          • B2B2C2C.org publishes the contents, events from business owners, service providers, event organizers and B2B2C2C.org don’t give guarantees-warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of 3rd party products, services, events, websites services and their purposes.
                        • Limitation of Liability:
                            • B2B2C2C.org is excluded or limitation of liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the B2B2C2C.org.
                            • B2B2C2C.org does not take liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the contents, products, services, events published and anything from the 3rd party websites.
